Our preferred method is an Email to absence@patesgs.org for Years 7 to 11, sixthform@patesgs.org for 6^th Form; a message sent through the School gateway application; a completed absence request form (as attached) also available from Reception;

or if the previous methods aren’t possible, please leave a message on the absence line. We would prefer an Email as sometimes the telephone messages left are such a poor quality we are unable to decipher.

Please can we ask that messages are received by 9 am in the morning.
